Mila Kostić - Biography

Mila Kostić graduated from the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology at the University of Montenegro, completed a specialization at the Paton Institute in Ukraine, and obtained a Master's degree in Business and Management from the University of Montenegro. She began working at KAP (Aluminum Plant Podgorica) in 2007 as a technical manager in the anode factory, where she served as the head from 2008 to 2014. Since 2014, she has held the position of Chief Manager for Investments and Development.
