The company Uniprom doo has been engaged in the production of aluminium for over 30 years, and since 2014 it has been successfully managing the Podgorica Aluminum Plant. According to Monstat data on the total foreign trade of Montenegro, the dominant share in Montenegrin exports is aluminium and aluminium products, which confirms that the company Uniprom, which manages the aluminium complex (KAP), is one of the largest Montenegrin exporters.
Investments are continuously being made in new facilities and technologies, and so far a total of nearly 50 million euros have been invested in the territory of KAP. Particularly significant investments relate to the Aluminum Log Factory and the Aluminum Silumin Factory.
