Radoš Lacman - Biography

Radoš Lacman, born in Pljevlja in 1978, graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade in 2004, earning the title of Mining Engineer. He completed his Master's studies in 2011 at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Kosovska Mitrovica. His career began as a trainee engineer in 2005 at AD Rudnik Uglja in Pljevlja. From 2011 to 2015, he served as the technical manager at the lead and zinc mine Gradir Montenegro Pljevlja, and from 2015 to 2016, he was the technical manager responsible for starting production at the Krivošije Donje quarry in the municipality of Kotor. Since 2016, he has been the chief technical manager at the bauxite mines of Uniprom Metali doo in Nikšić.

He has been the lead designer on approximately twenty mining projects and holds a license for conducting mining operations and preparing mining technical documentation. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Mining and Energy Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.
